Does this record my video or take pictures of me?
No. Your privacy is our top priority. PSYCHE AI uses TensorFlow.js to process your camera feed locally entirely within your browser. No video, images, or facial data ever leaves your device or goes to our servers.
How do I earn XP and level up?
You earn XP by completing focus sessions. The higher your focus score and the longer you stay focused, the more XP you earn. You can track your level progress on the Dashboard and unlock achievements for specific streaks!
Can I use PSYCHE AI on my phone?
Currently, the AI attention tracking works best on desktops and laptops where the browser can run the AI models smoothly. However, you can view your Dashboard, Analytics, and manage your account from any mobile device.
What happens if my internet disconnects during a session?
Because everything runs locally, your session continues normally even without internet. Your data will securely sync to your account once your connection is restored.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can easily cancel your Premium subscription anytime from the Dashboard > Settings > Subscription section. When you cancel, you will retain your premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
What is Zen Mode?
Zen Mode turns your browser into a distraction-free fullscreen environment. Your timer fills the entire screen with a pitch-black background, hiding all UI elements. Press Esc to exit. Available to all users.
What is Strict Mode and how does it work?
Strict Mode is a Premium feature that adds real consequences to losing focus. If you switch tabs or leave the PSYCHE window during a session, the session immediately fails and isn't saved. It's designed for users who want maximum accountability.
What are Focus Sounds?
Focus Sounds are ambient audio tracks (Rain, Lo-Fi, White Noise, and Forest) that play during your sessions to help you concentrate. You can adjust the volume and toggle them on/off anytime. Available to all users — no Premium required.
How does the Daily Focus Goal work?
You can set a daily focus goal (in minutes) on your Dashboard. A progress bar tracks how close you are to your target. When you hit your goal, you'll see a celebration with confetti! The default is 120 minutes, but you can customize it.
What are Session Tags?
Session Tags (Premium) let you categorize your focus sessions — Study, Work, Code, Reading, or Creative. This helps you analyze which activities you spend the most time on and where you perform best.
How do Focus Challenges work?
Focus Challenges (Premium) are daily tasks like "Complete 3 sessions today" or "Score 80%+ in a single session." Each challenge rewards XP when completed. New challenges refresh daily and adapt to your progress.
What is the Weekly Focus Report?
The Weekly Report (Premium) auto-generates a performance summary: total focus hours, average score, sessions completed, best day, and daily average. It's like a focus report card that updates every week.
What is Pomodoro Auto-Cycle?
Pomodoro Auto-Cycle (Premium) automatically alternates between work and break periods — for example, 25 minutes of work followed by 5 minutes of break, repeating continuously. No need to manually restart each interval.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. All payments are encrypted and secure. Your first month is free as a trial, and you can cancel anytime.
Is there a refund policy?
No. All payments to PSYCHE AI Tracker are non-refundable. We encourage you to explore our free features and tools before deciding to upgrade. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
I cancelled my subscription. Why am I still seeing 'Autopay' active in my bank app?
When you cancel through PSYCHE AI, we stop your future billing on our server. However, bank and UPI mandates (like GPay/PhonePe mandates) may remain active in your banking app. You must manually deactivate these in your banking or UPI app to ensure no further charges are attempted. Please refer to our Autopay Cancellation Guide for step-by-step instructions.
What is the Birthday Perk?
On your birthday, We gifts you 24 hours of full Premium access for free! You can use all advanced features like AI Insights and Strict Mode during this time. Make sure your Date of Birth is correct in your Profile setting (remember: you can only change it twice!).
