Mandate Cancellation Guide

Instructions to help you manually remove billing mandates from your banking or UPI app.

Important Note: Cancelling your subscription on PSYCHE AI halts the billing from our system. However, in many cases, especially with UPI, your bank maintains a "Mandate" or "Autopay" setting. You MUST manually remove this mandate in your app to ensure no further bank-level charges.

Google Pay (GPay)

    Open the Google Pay app and tap on your Profile Icon (top right).

    Tap on Autopay.
  • 3
    Find the PSYCHE AI Tracker (or Razorpay) mandate from the list.
  • 4
    Tap on it and select Cancel or Deactivate.
  • 5
    Enter your UPI PIN to confirm the removal.

PhonePe

  • 1
    Tap on your Profile Picture on the home screen.
  • 2
    Scroll down to the 'Payment Settings' section and tap Autopay Settings.

    Select the PSYCHE AI / Razorpay mandate.
  • 4
    Tap Remove Autopay at the bottom and confirm.

Net-Banking & Cards (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, etc.)

    Log in to your Bank's NetBanking portal or Mobile App.
  • 2
    Search for Cards > Standing Instructions or E-Mandates.
  • 3
    Find any active mandates associated with Razorpay / PSYCHE.
  • 4
    Select Stop or Cancel Mandate.

International Cards (Visa/Mastercard)

    Contact your bank's Customer Care or log in to your account.
  • 2
    Ask the bank to stop the Recurring Charge from PSYCHE AI Tracker / Razorpay.
