1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PSYCHE AI Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

PSYCHE AI Tracker is a productivity application that utilizes a device's camera for local browser-based attention tracking. All AI processing occurs locally on your device for maximum privacy.

3. User Responsibility & Security

Your account is your responsibility. When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions under your account.

4. Subscriptions & No-Refund Policy

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis via Razorpay. Strict No-Refunds: All payments made to PSYCHE AI Tracker are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused features.

5. Autopay Cancellation & Responsibility

Cancelling a subscription on our dashboard stops future billing on our servers. However, depending on your bank or UPI rules, an 'Autopay' or 'Mandate' (e.g., in GPay/PhonePe) may still be active. It is your responsibility to manually remove these from your banking/UPI apps to ensure no further charges occur.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or functionality provided.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
