Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No-Refund Policy

Strictly No Refunds: Payments for PSYCHE AI Tracker subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any money-back guarantees, pro-rated refunds, or credits for partial months. This applies to all subscription tiers (Monthly and Yearly).

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to accidental purchase, lack of use, or technical dissatisfaction. Please use the Free tier to evaluate the service before upgrading.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will maintain access to your Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Autopay & Mandate Responsibility

CRITICAL: Cancellation on our dashboard stops the subscription on our servers. However, depending on your payment method, an 'Autopay' or 'E-Mandate' may still be active in your banking app or payment gateway (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, HDFC Bank, etc.).

It is your responsibility to manually remove these mandates from your UPI/Banking apps to ensure no further charges are attempted. PSYCHE AI Tracker is not liable for transactions occurring due to un-cancelled external mandates.
